Following worship on August 24, our weekly Coffee Hour Fellowship will resume.  Making time to engage with each other is a priority at Trinity.  Come downstairs to enjoy a beverage and small snack and to connect with brothers and sisters in Christ.  This ministry is supplied by our members and regular attenders. If you'd like to contribute you may order from our Wish List.  If you desire to contribute a home-baked item or something special, please contact Kirsten in advance.

Picnics in the Park

This week's fellowship opportunity is a Picnic-in-the-Park hosted by the Women @ Work small group.  Bring a lunch and a blanket or chair and join them in Wooster Square Park directly after worship.

University Ministry Team Formation

New Haven is a city with 7 colleges/universities in it – and there are great opportunities for us to serve students because of that. Pastor Matt is seeking to gather a team to help us develop our ministry to University students in the coming year. You could be a student, or a former student, or just someone who wants to help university students connect and thrive at Trinity. If you are interested, please email Pastor Matt.  

Bridges of Hope is Hiring

Childcare Volunteer

Wednesday morning women’s Bible study is in need of childcare volunteers. This is a paid position. The group meets from 9:30 to 11:30 AM. After a summer break, the group will begin meeting regularly again on September 3. If you are available on Wednesdays, every week or even once or twice a month, please contact Debbie Smith.

Congregational Meeting

Members are asked to attend a short congregational meeting on Thursday, August 21 at 6:30pm. A quorum is needed and parking will be available in the State Street lot.

The 180 Center Community Care Day

Deadline Sept 7 | Donation box will be in the sanctuary

The next Community Care Day at The 180 Center is planned for Saturday, October 4, 2025.  A large crowd is anticipated since in the spring over 300 people came to receive clothes, food, haircuts, hygiene kits, and most importantly, prayer. 
We are now welcoming Fall / Winter donations of clothing only. Please no summer clothing or "dress" clothes. You can find sizes and important details HERE.
Please be praying for people to surrender their lives to Christ at this next Community Care Day!

Children’s Ministry: Fall Kick-Off

On Sunday, August 31st our new classes will begin for Children’s Ministry! The Children’s Ministry team will be happy to help you and your child settle into their new class, if they are moving up.
